His boss is the charismatic Frantz Berg; their greatest rival is the seductive but dangerous Lena Lencz, who manages Senator Ferenc’s campaign. Max, brilliant but overly self-absorbed, makes one mistake that brings him disaster. He bids in a cynical manipulation game with more experienced players. They will not hesitate to take advantage of even the slightest weakness of their opponent.
